The wind was well south of east again so we had to motor the couple of hours from Deshais to the bay opposite Pigeon Island.
This is a very pleasant spot with relaxed beach side restaurant/bars and rolling hills and mountains as the backdrop.
Pigeon Island itself comprises two islands minimally separated by a just covered watery coral and sand link. It has the protected Custeau Marine Park around it so the coral and fish life are abundant.
After some shopping by dingy to Carrefour (you literally moor the dingy in their car park!!), we had a peaceful sundowner at a sandy beach bar.
This looks a lovely spot! The blue fish beautiful and the sunset drinkie on the beach, most enjoyable to see..
